Anxiety Action

immediate strategies and more to manage your anxiety

Nothing robs you of life’s enjoyment more than out-of-control fear. Nothing kills confidence faster than an anxiety attack.

This course is for you if you are ready to take control of anxiety—for yourself or as a powerful gift to someone you care about.

Many people know the feeling: waking up in the middle of the night with a knot in your chest so tight it might double you over. Or facing creeping anxiety that appears out of nowhere while you are simply trying to live your life.

And what about a nagging sense of dread that grows worse over hours, no matter how much you try to ignore it?

And so you tell yourself to relax, but the anxiety keeps coming.

I know exactly how that feels.
My first panic moment hit in high school.
At lunchtime, the crowd heading into the cafeteria made me feel like I might pass out.
Ma had me checked by a doctor—they found nothing wrong. I didn’t know it then, but I was slightly agoraphobic.

Over time, I learned how to handle it: I made sure I always had options when I was in crowded areas.

There are different kinds of anxiety.
Panic attacks seem to hit out of nowhere, striking with the intensity of a heart attack.
Creeping anxiety lingers, growing worse over hours, silently stealing your focus and confidence.

This course addresses both. I’ll show you how to stop a panic attack in ten minutes and how to defeat creeping anxiety permanently.

The first panic attack I experienced felt like my body was failing me at the most primitive level.

My breaths became shallow. I was, more or less, “sipping” air through the top of my lungs, afraid to put pressure on my sternum.

It felt like a great hand was denying me the life-giving breath I needed. I wondered: what if I didn’t reach out for help? What if it got serious?

Could I let people who care about me suffer the consequences of my anxiety?

Eventually, a doctor calmly explained: “You’re having an anxiety attack.”

That moment changed everything.

I learned strategies that allowed me to beat the condition completely—and those same strategies are what you’ll learn in this course.

Crystal T., Hamilton, ON says:

“This course gave me additional information about the facts surrounding anxiety and that we are never alone. There are some great tools provided I will use over and over to remind myself of where I am and where I will be. I would highly recommend this course to others.”

And that was just the old version. The new Anxiety Action course is far more comprehensive: deeper education, more empowering strategies, and additional support. You’ll learn essential lessons and practical hacks that demystify anxiety and give you the power to manage it in your life.

I use these techniques every day—and I’ve added emergency strategies for specific real-world situations.

In this course you will learn:

How to stop a panic attack in 10 minutes

How to understand creeping anxiety so it no longer controls you

Emergency strategies for anxiety in real-life situations
